Where we ship

Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping cost

Free, with tracking, to every destination above.

How long it takes

  1. Hand check: we check every order before it goes to print, usually within 2 business days.
  2. Production: printing and framing usually take 2 to 5 business days.
  3. Delivery: usually 2 to 6 business days to Ireland, the United States, Canada and Australia, and usually 5 to 20 business days to other destinations.

These are estimates from our print partner, not guarantees. Peak seasons, customs and carrier delays can add time. When your parcel ships, you receive the tracking link by email.

Where your print is made

Your print is produced by our print partner, Printful, in the facility closest to you that has your product in stock: for example in the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia or Japan. We can't choose the facility.

Import taxes and duties

If your print is made in another country, your country's customs may charge import VAT, duties or handling fees on delivery. These are set by your country, are not included in our price, and are paid by the recipient.

  • United States: no import charges.
  • Ireland: prices include VAT, and most products are made in the EU, so there are no import charges. The exceptions are the red oak frames and the white frame in 18 × 24 in, which are made outside the EU: for these, import VAT and handling fees may be charged on delivery.
  • Other destinations: import charges are possible, most of all in Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, and in Canada and Australia for some frame colours.

Address changes

Write to us as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order goes to print.
