So fun. Turned out amazing. They did come bent and I had to work out the creases. The post office didn’t take care. Not the sellers fault. I would buy again.

I loved the Victorian theme. My living room is decorated in Victorian decor. I was wanting to do something different and when I saw this shop on Etsy, I was thinking that would be so neat to have a picture of my husband in Victorian attire! It made my heart leap when I saw the picture! My husband died of Parkinson’s disease this past February. This picture makes me smile because it seems he is living in another time. The quality and expertise of this shop is amazing! I so want some more of these pictures, but I don’t know where I would put them, so sad! You won’t be sorry when you get the pictures that I’m sure you’re gonna love.

Etsy buyer · September 2026 · Verified Etsy order

Buying this portrait was a great experience in every way! The quality of the picture is awesome! I feel like I now have a picture of a real Victorian couple! And that happens to be me and my husband! I would encourage anyone that is wanting this type a photo to use this shop!

We made a gallery wall and some pictures are serious, all are gorgeous, and some are just fun and silly! He brought back to life some of our relatives who have passed, he created photos that took a young man out of a wheelchair and made him stand for the rest at time EVER and then he added on some fun photos to hat are Easter Eggs hiding in plain sight on our family wall! His attention to detail and mastery of his craft ate on full display at our house!

Cheri · April 2026 · Verified Etsy order

Great to see another work of art from Giacomo. This is my third purchase from his shop. I wanted to see how I would look from the 1980’s era. This is why I chose this listing. I like the serious facial expression on the image, It looks cool and tough particularly with the outfit I chose. Has that dangerous vibe to it. My gosh the hair styled blew me away! Brought me back to that era. Giacomo never ceases to amaze me!

Jessica · March 2026 · Verified Etsy order

I ordered this in the 8x10 canvas format, reframed it (no small task, but for the look I was after, I wanted an old-looking frame with a nametag I had custom-made), and gave it to my friend for Christmas.

His daughter later told me that when he opened it and read my note on the back, which described what an awesome friend he was, he was brought to tears.

The ordering process was straightforward, the seller was responsive to my adjustment requests, and the printing was conveniently done in the USA, which expedited shipment and delivery.

Absolutely loved this photo! It arrived super fast after choosing our template. Highly recommend!

Etsy buyer · February 2026 · Verified Etsy order

The initial process (sending picture and reviewing a sample, prior to shipping), was simple and fun. I only had a small change to the image and it was corrected right away. I would advise everyone to pay a little extra and get your image emailed to you as a back up or for extra copies you can have made on your own. By no fault of this company USPS, lost/damaged my initial image. This was corrected right away and a new print was expedited. Upon opening the package, the image was beautiful.
I highly recommend this company for their beautiful and fun images. Thank you.

I didn't have time to wait for shipping, so I opted for the digital option, had it printed on canvas by a local shop, mounted it in a cool frame, and voilá! The best gift of the night that brought on several laughs. There was a little back and forth with the seller on the design, but the end result was everything I'd hoped it'd be. Highly recommend!

Nathan · December 2025 · Verified Etsy order

This was by far the best gift idea for my husband who is a terrible gift receiver. Experiences are usually better received than tangible items. Amazingly these portraits offer both! And for a long time to come. I ordered several photos all different time periods and settings to invoke the feeling of immortality or least wise a strong familial likeness over centuries. This is certainly an answer to the age old question of what to get the man who has everything. Also, the process was flawless from start right thru proofs and shipping. Thank you for all your hard work and making this Xmas gift truly memorable for all of us.

How can one not seek Giacomo's work? He is, truly, an artist. His work is unprecedented, and I swear to you that if curious about having your pictures transformed and transported back to the early ages of the 1900th century, (or another era), please choose him. There is no one else that can do work as exceptional to his. He is careful, responsive, ENJOYS his work and quite meticulous about details, finite ones at that. I will continue to work with him; the joy his art has brought absolutely exceptional. You will not be disappointed with Giacomo's work, he is an artist, skilled with making the most finite details complete and will communicate with you continuously until you are pleased (and you will be pleased) with the final, artistic picture you had ever wished for, in fact, you'll be surprise beyond that. Bravo to Giacomo!

Jennifer · December 2025 · Verified Etsy order

100% satisfied! Quick response/turn around and high quality. This was a gift and the recipient absolutely loved it!

Melissa · December 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Better than expected. Great seller, easy to work with.

Etsy buyer · December 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Honestly the print came out nice and clear. But it wasn't even on nice photo paper. I feel these edits are pretty easily done if you have the right software. In the end I did not think it was worth what I paid. Funny gift though. Also my fault for not realizing getting it framed was another option. If it had already been framed, maybe the price would be ok. But for just the print, no.

Couldn’t believe how fast the process was. Within the day we received 8 different choices after sending two head shot pictures of ourselves. Some choices had younger versions of ourselves, different length beards, different bangs to my victorian hair style. Super quickly - within hours- we received the first proof. We asked for one minor change. I thought it would take weeks. But arrived fairly quickly. We LOVE it! We chose a Victorian one to put in an antique oval, bubble glass frame.

Craig · September 2025 · Verified Etsy order

It is beautiful but it’s not a painting or drawing, it’s a copy and paste picture a good job but 40.00 is a bit much. I can see 20 or 25.00 but it’s cool plus it came from Texas when the original Etsy page shows it’s from Ireland.

The picture of my brother with bigfoot is PERFECT!
It looks just like him and is very natural. I like the fact that several sample photos are first provided, giving different facial views. This way you can choose the view that looks most like the person, to your eye. Even coloring aspects can be customized per your guidance. My brother has light brown skin, and his skin tone is depicted perfectly. Excellent product and great customer service! Really fun gift for anyone who loves Big Foot lore. I highly recommend this product!

Our 13yr old son was in tears, from laughing at our expressions and vintage outfits. He absolutely loved it!! (He jokingly said I need to start doing my hair like this😂). Such a unique and fun gift, and Giacomo is a joy to work with!! The turn around time is very quick. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you again, Giacomo, for such an awesome portrait ❤🤌🏻

Simply gorgeous. Giacomo was very professional, very patient, and very kind during the production process. Everyone loves the portrait.

Camille · May 2025 · Verified Etsy order

I cannot say enough about the finished product Giacomo created!! I have had custom portraits created, using our photos and our pets, by other Etsy artists, but they are no match for the extraordinary quality of Giacomo's craftsmanship. His ability to flawlessly blend one's face into a template, without it looking like a cut and paste job, is what sets his shop apart from others. In addition, the varied coloring (sepia in this case) is perfection, as it adds even more "authenticity" to looking aged. The printed copy is a heavy, matte finish paper--once again, lending to the vintage effect; rather than a glossy photo. If you're looking for a high quality custom portrait, created by a talented artist that will focus on the slightest details, and is a pleasure to work with though all available options, then look no further!!

Erin · May 2025 · Verified Etsy order

great idea, great result, great customer service and communications

Rebecca · May 2025 · Verified Etsy order

This is absolutely perfect! It is a gift for a teacher and we can't wait for her to receive it. Thank you for the thoughtfulness that went into creating this!

Etsy buyer · May 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Wow!! Giacomo is an amazing artist to work with and I couldn't be happier with the digital copy!! Now I have to patiently await the final printed copies, but it will be well worth it. He was extremely quick to message me about my questions before purchasing, then once we got the ball rolling, I had drafts to review in less than 4hrs/overnight(due to time zones), and then final copies the same day within a few hours. You will have multiple drafts for the individual or each person's face to choose from, which is unlike any other artist I have worked with. Giacomo did a fantastic job on both pieces, but he really nailed the custom portrait with adding our son!! I will definitely be a repeat customer--hands down THE BEST custom/template portrait artist on Etsy!! A joy to collaborate with and the final product is exceptional!!

Great item...hanging in my office

Andrew · April 2025 · Verified Etsy order

I purchased this as a gift for a dear friend who adores Bigfoot. Giacomo was amazing throughout. I requested an image with a woman instead of a man to which he sent me several options. And once I selected and purchased the canvas he promptly sent me info as to what type of picture was needed and how to get it to him. He turned around the samples within hours for my approval. And he made more changes to the image so I could get it just the way I wanted for the present. Once approved, the item was created, sent and received within days. The person I had it made for was delighted to receive it and raved about how wonderful it looked. Throughout the process, Giacomo was professional, informative, helpful, immensely responsive and I couldn't have ask for a better experience!

The item itself is excellent quality but what stood out the most was the customer service. The communication was prompt and thorough as he worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I made an error as I was picking out the items and he was gracious enough to overlook it even though it meant more work on his end. It was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this item. Jodi · March 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Great work, prompt communication and fast delivery. What more could you ask for?

Brittany · March 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Giacomo might be the best seller I’ve worked with through Etsy! He was so thorough, accommodating, transparent and helpful while he put together some incredible pictures for our family. I’ve already recommended him to many friends and family! In the end, Giacomo even printed copies of the pictures and sent them to us in the mail. It was such a nice surprise! We’ve hung our pictures in our alien-themed guest bathroom and we have loved every guest’s response … they have been shocked, confused and so pleasantly surprised by the new additions!

Julia · February 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Giacomo went above and beyond to get the picture to look how we envisioned. This is the 3rd piece I purchased from them! Love their work.

Lenore · February 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Beautiful portrait! Great communication! Would buy from again

Sheri · February 2025 · Verified Etsy order

I’m sure other people had better experiences, but my photo never came out looking normal and maybe it was the quality of my photos but the faces were poor quality and looked silly on the photo background I purchased. Things just did not line up properly. Customer service did go back and forth with me several times and gave me a few options, but in the end I think I had higher expectations than what these are able to provide. Still appreciated the customer service.

Etsy buyer · February 2025 · Verified Etsy order

Great item, fast shipping and nice picture quality

Taylor · December 2024 · Verified Etsy order

I am so happy to have found this shop! I love the picture he made...A+++

Adelina · December 2024 · Verified Etsy order

The owner of this shop exceeded my expectations. After he sent me the first draft, the composite was pretty good, but a little off on my partner’s facial features. He simply asked for more photos, and after sending those, he got back to me with a draft that incorporated my husband’s fuller lower lip and dimples very photo-realistically.
What seemed like a novelty/silly anniversary gift turned into a very spot-on representation of us both at this age. Would recommend as a present to couples, we love ours.

Sara · December 2024 · Verified Etsy order

It was customized beautifully, recommend.

Michele · December 2024 · Verified Etsy order

I didnt have great photos to work with, but he was still able to make a beautiful picture. He was easy to collaborate with and offered editing options that I didn't know were available. Highly reccomend.

Mal · November 2024 · Verified Etsy order

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal and thorough. They asked for additional pictures for different angles to make sure the faces were as accurate as possible. My partner wears glasses, but the programming makes it more difficult to include them so the artist specifically created similar glasses to add and it looks amazing! This is a fantastic gift (frame and heart dollar not included). I would absolutely buy another!
