How does the process work?
Choose a portrait style in my Etsy shop and complete your order. After purchase, send your photos through Etsy messages. You'll review draft options and then receive your finished digital or printed portrait, according to the listing.
What kind of photos should I send?
Front-facing, well-lit photos with a neutral expression work best. If possible, send two or three photos per person so I can choose the clearest reference.
Do you offer digital files or printed products?
Both, depending on the listing: a high-resolution digital file, and physical prints such as posters, framed posters, and canvas. Check the individual Etsy listing for the formats available.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on the listing you choose. Draft options are shared within the time stated on the listing, and delivery estimates for printed items are shown per product.
Can I return a custom portrait?
Because every portrait is personalized, change-of-mind returns don't apply. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory consumer rights are fully respected, so just contact me.
Do you ship worldwide?
Physical prints are shipped to customers outside the EU. Within the EU, I offer digital files. Please check the listing for the options available to your country.

Yes, provided you are the parent or legal guardian, or have explicit permission from them. By placing the order you confirm this and accept responsibility for providing the photo.
