What personal data may be processed

Depending on how a customer makes contact or places an order through Etsy, personal data may include a name, email address, message content, order information, postal address and delivery information where relevant, and customer-provided photos used for a portrait request. Hystoriq Portraits does not collect or store payment card information; payments are processed through Etsy.

This website may display customer gallery photographs. Photos supplied to fulfil a portrait order are not automatically used for website promotion.
